Question 1

What information is needed to configure a custom industrial DC power supply?

Accepted Answer

Provide input voltage, phase and frequency; rated output voltage and current; control mode (CC, CV or both); required ripple; duty cycle; preferred cooling (forced air or water); control interface such as RS485 or analog; installation environment; and any target certification. Fenvix engineers use these to size the power stage, cooling and protection.

Question 2

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

No. Fenvix supports single-unit orders for prototypes, pilot lines and laboratory projects as well as batch production for OEM and ODM partners.

Question 3

When should I choose a water-cooled rectifier instead of forced air cooling?

Accepted Answer

Water cooling is generally preferred for very high output currents, continuous 24/7 duty and plating or electrolysis shops where corrosive fumes, dust or high ambient temperature would shorten the life of air-cooled components. Forced air cooling suits most moderate-current and laboratory applications.

Question 4

Which certifications does Fenvix hold?

Accepted Answer

Fenvix operates an ISO 9001 quality management system. Selected models carry CE, RoHS, LVD and EMC conformity, and the factory has been verified on site by TÜV Rheinland.

Question 5

Which trade terms and payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Common terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DDP and express delivery. Accepted payments include T/T, L/C, credit card, Western Union and MoneyGram, in USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD, HKD, CHF or CNY.

Question 6

Do you provide technical support for overseas buyers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fenvix offers free pre-sales technical consultation, commissioning guidance and after-sales support, and on-site technical support has been confirmed by an independent third-party assessment.
